In a knowledge-intensive organization like a law firm, information and insight are critical assets. For Kielberg, the challenge lay in transforming years of data and case history into an active resource for both workflows and decision-making. While the ambition and ideas were plentiful, a unified strategy across Digitization, Data, and AI was missing. There was a need for a roadmap and a plan that balanced initiatives with technical complexity, dependencies, investment, and expected ROI, enabling Kielberg to prioritize and launch the right initiatives for the right reasons.

In collaboration with Codellent, the primary focus has been to establish digitalization as a strategic driver for Kielberg’s business. This was achieved through deeper, more proactive business insights, the activation of existing information, and the development of superior tools for various aspects of case management.
